Bio

In pursuing the space in life, Reggae placed his steps in many aspects of art forms.  Through different media, he found ways to express himself and gained his confidence. In doing art, he thinks the process of creating is the most important part. The enjoyment is the way he puts himself in.  It doesn’t matter what the produce is.  After he finished high school in 1984, he started to learn dancing, including modern dance, jazz, hip hop and even aerobic, and became an amateur dancer.  He has joined many performances on stage or in the open space. In 1994, he started to get to know people with different abilities.  From them, Reggae has learnt a lot which helped him in widening his spectrum of vision.  Besides, he has joined many workshops of visual or performing arts run by overseas teachers who are from Asia or western countries.  He learnt to appreciate life through the way of those teachers expressing their knowledge.

In 1997, he started to learn pottery, and now he’s one of the owners of Workshop HF.  To him, this medium is another powerful gift from the Mother Nature.  He believes that each art form has its individuality and the guidance for anyone to open up their heart. People need a specific key to acknowledge themselves. Through all these years, Reggae has been using a mixture of media to “compose” an atmosphere for participants to express themselves. This benefits both sides and he enjoys it.
